It’s official: This year’s WWDC (Worldwide Developers Conference) will be held June 2nd through 6th at San Francisco’s Moscone West conference hall.
Tickets for the WWDC are usually scooped up within a short time after ticket sales start, leaving many developers without access to the event. This year, to give those who wish to attend a fairer chance to acquire a ticket, Apple will sell the tickets on a lottery system. In previous years, whoever had the fastest Internet connection and the shortest hop to the ticketing system walked away with the prized tickets. This year, you can register for the ticket drawing anytime between now and April 7th at 10:00 am PDT by signing into your Apple Developer account and submitting your registration request.
