Mail is by far the most used app on my Mac. From the minute I start my Mac up each morning, until the time I shut it down at night, Mail is open and working hard to sort and process my incoming messages

Thanks to Mail’s easy-to-use Rules system, I don’t have to watch over the Mail app all day long. Mail takes care of most of my routine messaging needs, sorting incoming mail to appropriate folders, flagging messages that I should check sooner rather than later, and interrupting my work when something comes in that just can’t wait.
